International shipping times vary, but due to customs processing time, orders will typically arrive within 4-18 business days.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. All relevant expenses must be paid upon delivery of the order.
Redux Robotics will not undervalue, structure, or otherwise mislead or misclassify shipments for the purpose of customs evasion. Do not request that we do so. Making a request to do so may lead to the termination of your account.
International orders must be manually approved, and as such will typically go out the next business day.
Delivery times are based on business days, which do not include holidays or weekends. Day 0 will be considered the day that the package is shipped.
For example, if you placed an overnight order on Monday, Day 0 would be considered Tuesday, the day the package shipped.
Tracking numbers, if available, will be sent via email once the order ships.
