We offer standard ground shipping to all areas of the contiguous United States, as well as different expedited shipping options. Packages will not be shipped on holidays or weekends. Shipping carriers will be selected based on location and ship time selection.
Orders placed before 2PM EST typically go out same business day, orders placed after 2PM EST will go out the next business day.
- Standard Shipping - Ground shipping service. Typically arrives in 4-7 days
- Expedite - Arrives in 3 days
- Priority - Arrives in 2 days
- Overnight - Arrives in 1 day
All orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. Depending on your location, this will either be free Overnight, Priority, Expedited, or Ground shipping.
Delivery times are based on business days, which do not include holidays or weekends. Day 0 will be considered the day that the package is shipped.
For example, if you placed an overnight order on Monday at 5PM (AFTER the 2PM cutoff time), Day 0 would be considered Tuesday, the day the package shipped, and so it will be delivered on Wednesday, or Day 1
Tracking numbers, if available, will be sent via email once the order ships. During times of high order volume, orders may be delayed an extra 24 hours. Redux Robotics is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or delayed shipments due to carrier actions. If this occurs, contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.
